Description		    Document appointing a shokhet signed by the rabbi of Kurow, R. Jehiel b. Eliezer Goldberg (b.1829) and the entire community. R. Goldberg was appointed rabbi of Janowitz in 1870 and Kurow near Lublin in 1877 where he served until his passing.
