Description
   A letter from Dov Ber Manischewitz (the founder of B. Manischewitz, the matza baking company) to R. Samuel Salant and R. Eliyahu Dovid Rabinowitz-Teomim of Jerusalem stating that the list of donors for the enclosed $50 will be sent after the holidays.

Rabbi Shmuel Salant (January 2, 1816 – August 16, 1909) served as the Ashkenazic Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem and was a renowned Talmudist and Torah scholar. R. Elijah David Rabinowitz-Teomim, (1845-1905) also known by his acronym ADeReT (Hebrew:אליהו דוד רבינוביץ'-תאומים ‎; Hebrew acronym: אדר"ת) was a Lithuanian rabbi in the 19th century who served as the leader of the Jewish community of Panevezys, as the Rosh Yeshiva of Mir, led the Ashkenazi community in Jerusalem, and published many brilliant Torah-oriented novellae.
