Detailed Description |
|
At the assembly of wise men and Rabbis of yeshivot in Jerusalem--the holy city--to discuss the breach in the fence of modesty that has widened ..following the spread of secular culture ....
This poster is lambasting both the spread of secular culture and the lack of modest dress that accompanies that spread and also the use of wigs that appear like natural hair, so that married women "seem as maidens" and that "kosher daughters of Israel are embarrassed to cover their hair as commanded in our Holy Torah". |
