דף על דף על-פי הוצאת וניזייה רע"ט, עם רפואות הגוויה לר' יהודה אלחריזי, ובתוספת יב "שאלות ותשובות", בחתימות ר' פסח הנז' (דף כג,ב-לב). ההוספות האחרות שבאו בהוצאה הראשונה נשמטו מהוצאה זו ואילך.
