Description		    Recommendation letter to a fundraiser by signed by two Jerusalem rabbis: R. Moses Halberstam of Tchakov and R. Mordecai Joseph Moses Heilprin of Kahal Hasidim.

R. Moses b. Jacob Halberstam (1932-2006) Admor of Tchakov and a member of the Bet Din. He came to Jerusalem at the age of three and was educated in local yeshivot. He was ordained by R. Samuel ha-Levi Wosner and R. Phineas Epstein. An erudite scholar he was consulted the world over and his responsa appear in many period rabbinical journals.
