Description
   The verso of the title page gives the English title as-- Destruction and Rising: the epic of the Jews in Warsaw: a collection of reports and biographical sketches of the fallen, compiled and edited by Meilech Neustadt.

Melech Noy-Neustadt (1896-1959) was a Mapai leader and member of the Zionist Actions Committee. Born in Radomysl in Galicia, Mr. Noy-Neustadt settled in Palestine in 1926 and became active in the Histadrut, Israel Federation of Labor. He was the author of "Destruction and Rising, " "Epic of the Jews an Warsaw" and "The New Reality" among other works.
