Description
   A pocket sized siddur prepared for the Jewish soldier in the German army during World War I. It is done in Nusach Ashkenaz, in Hebrew with German translation. Prayers for the weekday and the Sabbath, with the Amidah for the festivals. The Yizkor service is included for soldiers who have died in the war.

The introduction is in German, with the imprimatur of the Feldrabbiner. In the introduction it states that the editor was the Rabbi of the Army, Dr. S. Levi.

          
Paragraph 2    סידור מקוצר לחייל היהודי בצבא הגרמני במלחמת העולם הראשונה. נוסח אשכנז. עברית עם תרגום לגרמנית. תפילות לחול ולשבת, עמידות לשלוש רגלים, הזכרת נשמות לחיילים שמתו במלחמה. עם הקדמה בגרמנית, בחתימת Ostens des Feldrabbiner. בהקדמה נאמר שהעורך הוא הרב הצבאי Levi .S .Dr.
