התיקון נערך ע"י נתן העזתי. עיין: ג' שלום, שבתי צבי, תל אביב תשמ"ח, ב, עמ' 432. בדף שלפני השער ציור, תחריט נחושת ובו רמזים שבתאיים: שבתי צבי על כסא מלכות, אליהו תוקע בשופר, הקרבת קרבנות. מעבר לשער ההקדמה "יום בשורה היום הזה עת הזמיר הגיע", בנוסח שבהוצאה בת [1], צב, [2] דף (דפוס תארתס). נוסח התיקון כאן הוא הנוסח המאוחר. עד דף צד, א נדפס דף על דף כמו ההוצאה הנ"ל (בת [1] , צד, [2] דף). מדף צד,ב ואליך נוספו: "הערה לבעלי תשובה מספר [שני] לוחות הברית דף רל ורלא", שיר על מזמור קכו בתהלים, מאת ר' שלמה די אוליווירה; "סדר הטבילה"; "קבלת תענית"; "הערה ליום תענית", עם וידוי; "סדר ארבע מיתות בית דין"; "קרבן תענית"; "הלכות תשובה מספר הרוקח" והבקשה "ידיד נפש" מאת ר' אליעזר אזכרי. פועלי הדפוס: גימפל מרדכי בן יהודה (דף צו, ב).
