מפתח... מאמרי רז"ל... בספר עין ישראל [לר' יעקב ן' חביב] ע"פ ערכים (אבות-תשובה)... על דרך ספר זכרון תורת משה [לר' משה פיגו , קושטאנטינה שי"ב-שי"ג] אמנם קצר וקל וטוב ממנו... ידי עשוהו... יהודה אריה ממודינא בכה"ר יצחק זצ"ל... דף [ב, א]: דברי-הקדשה של המחבר לאחים ר' דוד ור' יוסף בני ר' יצחק נחמיאש העומדים "להדפיס מחדש הספר... עין ישראל", ויניציאה שפ"ה, והמחבר נתן להם "החבור... לשים אותו תחת המפתחות" שנדפסו בהוצאות הקודמות. עיין: אבן-חביב, יעקב בן שלמה. וכנראה שיצא גם כספר בפני עצמו.
