Description |
|
Request by the survivor of an estate for liquidation. The petitioner lists all income, debts, and expenses and asks the court to sell his properties in Tiberias and repay all debt. The court indicates a sale of the property to R. Habib David Saddon and disposition of the proceeds. The document is signed by three members of the Bet Din R. Abraham Zvi Halevy as Chief Judge, R. Isumer Zvi, and R. Menachem Mendel. |
