וסדר העבודה כמנהג פולין ואשכנז. עם כל התפלות על סדרן ומקומן. הובאה לדפוס על ידי כהר"ר צבי בר יחיאל... גם פרשות הקרבנות עם פרשיות ופרקים, יום כפור קטן, זמירות... השבת... הניח בעיון דק... המדקדק... ר' יצחק ארי' במהור"ר שלמה... רוב הסידור עברית עם תרגום אנגלי עמוד מול עמוד, בספירת עמ' מקבילה. עם תפילת עמידה לרגלים ולימים נוראים, סליחות לתעניות והושענות. ראינו טופס בו סודרו השערים מחדש, בשינויים זעירים, לדוגמא: בטופס א מעל המלים "הובאה לדפוס" יש קו ישר ובטופס ב שני קוים מקבילים. בטופס א: "הניח בעיון" ובטופס ב, בטעות: "הינח".
