Paragraph 2    בשער: "דיזע זיין צו בקאממען אין זיינעם לאשיע... אין פראנקפורט אם מיין". התיבה "פראנקפורט" בהבלטה. מעבר לשער עמוד חלק. דף [2]: קדיש; אל מלך יושב. התפילות הפותחות את הסליחות (לך ה' הצדקה...) נדפסו כאן בראש הספר בלבד. שתי הוצאות אחרות זהות להוצאה זו אבל בשינויים קלים יצאו מאותו בית-דפוס, גם הן בלא שנת-הדפוס.
