R. Hillel Malisov, 1795-1864, also refered to as R. Hillel Paritch, author of the Pelah Ha'Rimon (Vilna 1887), was a disciple of R. Dover and R. Menahem Mendel Schneerson. He served in the rabbinical positions of Paritch and Babarusk and was frequently consulted on questions concerning the complicated area of divorce law. |
