Description		    Addressed to R. Meanachem Zev describing his problems in getting his daughter married, finding a new apartment, etc. R. Weinberg was reputed to be a wealthy man, indeed his service at the Bet Din was without remuneration - this letter clearly shows the poverty he endured. Nevertheless, R. Weinberg who perished in the Holocaust, was a well-known scholar whose work Rashit Bekurim (Piotrkow 1930) was acclaimed and studied. Page [3] is a New Year's greeting to R. Menachem Zev signed by Yisrael Meir.
