Description		    A blessing to the community of Mantua by the agent of the Tiberias Jewish Community, R. Abulafia.

R. Abulafia, a grandson of R. Hayyim b. Moses Abulafia, founder of the rebirth of Tiberias, was a member of the widespread and influential family, of rabbis, poets, statesmen, and communal leaders in Spain. A distinguished rabbinical family was established in Palestine and Syria after R. Hayyim b. Moses Abulafia moved from Smyrna to Tiberias. R. Hayyim Shlomo Abulafia was referred to as the "Baal Hanissim", possessed of miracles.
