Description		    A ms. broadside setting the price of wheat, corn and flour for merchants (Jew and Gentile) and customers. All are obligated to conform - the merchant may not charge in excess of the stated price, nor may the customer pay more than the stated price. A shortage of these items was common due to WWI. The Prohibition was announced by Rabbi Samuel Avigdor Faiwelson, Rabbi of Plungiany, a suburb of Kovna.
