Description		    R. Shem Tov (late 17th cent.), talmudical and kabbalah scholar, was a student in the Yeshiva of R. Shmuel Albaz. R. Hayyim ibn Attar, the Ohr Ha'Hayyim, was reputed to have highly respected this reclusive scholar. He wrote several works all lost or still in manuscript.
