Description		    Request to the Jerusalem Bet Din to deal with the sad case of a childless widow who emigrated from Morocco to find her brother-in-law to receive Halitza. The brother-in-law, however, insisted on marriage, despite his first wife and a house full of children. As can be expected, trouble in paradise - to no end. The Rabbinate in Tiberias, R. Elijah Jaluz and R. Jacob Hai Zeiron, apparently unable to resolve the matter are requesting the Jerusalem Bet Din to accept the case and issue a fair ruling.
