Letter to R. Akiva Joseph Schlesinger, begging his pardon for the delay in responding to his responsa. He further assures him of his intent to see him in person in Jerusalem in the immediate future. R. Elizarov, a Chabad disciple, emmigrated to Israel after spending many years in the rabbinate of Grosbazar and was appointed the Chief Judge of Hebron. The letter further requests the reciepient to place his name with the Rebbe for a blessing. |
