Abraham Samuel Brody in Chicago, the letter assures him that a decorated Shedar certificate has been mailed to him, authorizing him to collect funds on behalf of the distinguished Yeshiva. The letter is written and signed by R. Isaac Winograd (Rosh Yeshiva), R. Menachem Mendel Heilpern (Kabbalist and noted Author), and R. Samuel Zolkind.
