Description		    With a revised English translation and copious explanatory notes by Dr. Joseph Loewy and Joseph Guens. Illustrations reproduced from original artistic drafts of M. Kunstadt.

The illustrated of the sages residing in Bnai Brak depict R. Akiva Eiger, R. Moses Sofer, R. Abraham S. B. Sofer, and R. Simha Bunim Sofer.
          
Paragraph 2    זו מהדורה אנגלית מקבילה למהדורה הגרמנית, שיצאה באותה שנה, קדם-שער קצר מצוייר. כאן תיקונים בטקסט, וכן נוספו ציורים רבים, ביניהם ציור של החכמים "שהיו מסובין בבני ברק והיו מספרין ביציאת מצרים" בדמותם של ר' עקיבא איגר, ר' משה סופר, ר' אברהם שמואל בנימין סופר ור' שמחה בונם סופר. הוצאה אנגלית ראשונה יצאה בשנת 1927. אטיק 26; אוצר ההגדות 3128.
