Detailed Description |
|
Court document adjudicating the disposition of unclaimed property, as the known owner or his descendants cannot be found in Petah Tikveh. The Court ruled that the current inhabitants should ascertain the value of the property and set aside an equal amount in funds or other negotiable documents for the benefit of the previous owner should he be found.
