First edition and the only haggadah printed in this city. [13] 202, [22] p., quarto, 225:150 mm., light browning, crisp unread. A very good copy bound in the original cloth boards.

Description |

With the commentary of the Nitre Rav, R. Shmuel David Ungar.
R. Samuel David Ungar (1886-1945) was educated in prominent European Yeshivas and served in the Rabbinate of several major communities. In 1918 he accepted the position in Nitra, where he established a major Yeshiva, and served till his brutal execution by the Nazis. His children re-established the Yeshiva after the Holocaust in Mt. Kisco New York.

"פסח מעובין" בא לפני ההגדה ו"פרפראות לרבינו בעל שיטה מקובצת" בסופה.
