הנקרא מהדורא בתרא על פי[רוש] המלות שבסידור...אדמו"ר... שניאור זלמן נבג"מ אשר הובאו בכתובי[ם] ע"י בנו... אדמו"ר... דובער נבג"מ ונדפסו מכבר [קאפוסט תקע"ו. עיין: תפילות. סידור. האר"י]. ויען כי אז הובאו פירושן ובאורן בכתובי[ם] קצרי[ם] הנה לעת זקנתו של... מרנא דובער הנ"ל הוסיף...לבאר פירושן של הדברי[ם] שנאמרו מכבר... והרחיב פארותיו... מצאנו קסו פרקי[ם] מתחיל מן השמים מספרי[ם]... עד אחר נשמת, ואח"כ מבאר פי[רוש] המלות ע"פ כוונת האריז"ל מן ב"ש [ברוך שאמר]... עד שהגיע לויהי [!] כבוד, שמה הגביר מעינות של חכ[מה] מעצמו כי לא שמע זאת מרבו אביו... וכ[תב] פי[רוש] המלות בהרחב הדיבור וההסבר, ואח"כ... פי[רוש] המלות של אשרי... עד פ[סוק] דור לדור ישבח מעשיך... הובא לביה"ד ע"י נכדיהם הרבני... מוה' שניאור בהרב... מוה' מנחם נחום נ"י, והרבני... מוה' רפאל מרדכי נ"י בהרב מוה' ברוך שמואל ז"ל.
