על-פי אמשטרדם תע"א, עם שלמונית למילה, סליחות ר' אביגדור ור' אברהם וסימני "סליחות לשובבי"ם ת"ת" עם הסליחה "אל נא רפא נא". התרגום לאשכנזית-יהודית זהה בעיקרו לזה שנדפס בפיורדא תק"ט, אלא שכאן הוכנסו בו שינויים ונדפס על כל הסליחות כולל ההוספות.
