Description		    Broadsheet (bulletin) in Hungarian, German, and Rumanian. The text states, “State Property, Entrance is forbidden” in all three languages. The broadsheet has been dated to 1944. Although Rumania was on the German side during the war, it was forced by Germany to transfer (cede) northern Transylvania to Hungary. This broadsheet was most likely issued by the Hungarians in the Romanian area which they controlled. That it was issued by the Hungarian authorities is indicated by the fact that not only is Hungarian the first language on the poster, but also because the German word staats is misspelled, here appearing as stats, suggesting that whomever prepared the poster was not completely fluent in German.
