Description		    Authorizing R. Naphtali Zevi Margolit to solicit and collect funds on behalf of the Zfat and Upper Galil institution named in memory of R. Simon b. Yohai, the author of the Zohar, located in Meiron at his gravesite. The document is addressed to all the prominent American rabbis and dated 1925.
