Commentary and novellae to the Shulchan Arukh, Orah Hayyim. The Author was a member of a family of rabbis and scholars prominent in Italy and Greece in the sixteenth, seventeenth, and eighteenth centuries.
R. David Shabbetai b. Abraham Ventura was a scholar and rabbi of Spalato during the eighteenth century; one of the most prominent pupils of R. David Pardo.
