Paragraph 2    מוגה... ע"פ המקרא עם מנחת שי. ועם פירוש ... רבינו דוד קמחי זלה"ה. ונחלק למספר ימי השבוע ולמספר ימי החדש... בדפוס כה"ר גד בכ"ר יצחק פואה יצ"ו.

בעמוד האחרון: מודעא רבא דאורייתא... הביטו לראות מה בין מלאכת הקדש דידן להנדפס באמשטרדם. שנשתנית למעליותא... דהן בעודי עסוק במלאכת שמים האלהים אינה לידי פי' רד"ק מלא... והוא הקדמון. שנדפס בויניציאה בשנת רע"ח ע"י דניאל בומברגי ז"ל. וממנו לקטתי הדברים לקוטי בתר לקוטי... כולל "יהי רצון" קודם ואחר תהלים. המדפיס הוציא באותה שנה גם שתי הוצאות בלי רד"ק.
