R. Meir Abuhasira (Babi Meir) was the son of the Babi Sali. He was renowned as a scholar of Talmud and practical Kabbalah. His son is R. David Abuhasira of Naharia. The Abuhasira family is reknowned for their rabbinic and Kabbalistic knowledge. |
