Description		    Contains 331 sections, each with interesting customs of different communities in Erez Israel and the Diaspora. Includes hundreds of anecdotes, historical information, commentaries, and ethical compilations by eye witnesses who heard or experienced the anecdotes. Most of the work relates to contemporary affairs in Erez Israel during the lifetime of the author.

The author lived in Bahsliv -a small Jewish community in the Ukraine, near Kiev. The book was never printed.
