Description		    Invitation to his granddaughter's wedding.

R. Isaac Meir b. Abraham Joshua Heschel of Apta (1776-1855) was considered the right hand of his father, the zaddik of Apta. He obtained his education from his father and the Maggid of Kosnitz. His colleagues included such contemporary hassidic rebbes as R. Israel of Ruzin and R. Isaac Meir of Gur. R. Isaac Meir succeeded his father as zaddik of Medzibozh, later moving to nearby Zinkov. Thousands of hassidim visited his court to obtain his blessings and advice.
