Receipt signed by the Chief Rabbi of Tiberias and the Chief Rabbi of the Bet Din.
R. Jacob Hai b. Baruch Zrehen (1869-1953) was born and passed on in Tiberias. A erudite rabbinical scholar, he is the author of several scholarly works. All works carry the approbations of Erez Israel's most notable Separdic and Ashkenazi rabbis. He served as Chief Rabbi of the Sephardim in Tiberias for many years.
