Description		    Document in Ladino divided into three sections: Part 1 is an attestation that Isaac Cohen states that his wife is the daughter of R. Joseph Cohen, This part is signed by 43 rabbis among them are such prominent names as Crispin, Habib, Soncin, Susie, Malamed, Ardit, Palache, etc. the cream of Izmir's rabbinate.

Part two is a validation of the rabbis of the Israelite Community to part one signed by R. Hayyim Benjamin Pontremoli and R. Joshua Solomon Ardit. The third part validates the above two parts and is signed by R. Abraham Palache, the Hakham Bashi of the Ottoman Empire. The document is embossed with R. Palache's seal and dated Izmir, 19 Adar I.
