Detailed Description |
|
Documentation of the crimes against the Jewish people commited by Adolph Eichmann. Ha-Yo’ez ha-Mishpati describes the operations of the Germans place by place in Europe, based on eye witness testimony. There are numerous photographs, beginning with that of Israel attorney-general Gideon Hausner, who headed the prosecution team. The Eichmann trial, with the legal arguments in support of the government of Israel’s right to bring him to trial, is an important part of the book. An official and important piece of Holocaust literature.
