Description		    Published by Marcus Heinrich Bresslau, (d. 1864).The magazine was designed as a continuation of the Hebrew review and magazine of rabbinical literature (3 vols., October 1834–July 1836), the first Jewish periodical in England. It included scholarly and news items and was issued monthly for a year. Presented is the entire run with a special title page - v.1, no.1-48 (Oct. 21, 1859-Sept. 14, 1860).
