Addressed to the Rabbinate of Eretz Israel concerning the distribution of two houses left in escrow for the surviving widow by a deceased's estate.
R. Hezekiah Joseph b. Hayyim Loeb Myszkinski was elected in 1922 as the last rabbi of Krynki, a suburb of Grodna. R. Myszkinski an erudite talmudic scholar was the son-in-law of R. Isaac Belzer, his son-in-laws were R. Noah Shimonowitz and R. Isaac Lewin. He perished in the Holocaust.
