Description		    Broadsheet responding strongly to false claims made in the name of the Brisker Rav immediately after his death. The essence of the broadsheet states that it is well known to all who had any contact with the gaon, the zaddik, the Brisker Rav, that he fought all his life against Zionism and disbelievers. The sun has set and our holy aron taken from us due to our many iniquities. Immediately after, without any delay, individuals exploited the situation to publicly state in his name that he permitted participating in elections to the Knesset and local associations. The broadsheet states that all his students and familiars know for a fact that this is completely untrue and false. Furthermore, it is as clear as the sun that neither the rav nor any of his sons joined in the elections. It is known that apart from the fact that it is forbidden by a חרם herem (excommunication) from earlier sages to say anything negative about the deceased, it is specifically forbidden on those who are called living even after they have departed. Therefore, his students, who had the merit to be in his holy shade, are obligated to defend his honor. They warn with an excommunication שמעתה according to the Torah בשמתא ובנדוי, anyone who makes known in his name the obligation or permission to join in the elections. There is no atonement for this for G-d demands the honor of the righteous. Those who hearken will receive a good blessing.
