Hasidic and Kabbalistic commentary to the Pentateuch and holidays.
R. Abraham Issachar b. Solomon ha-Kohen of Radomsk (c.1843-1892), Hasidic Rebbe followed his father's teachings which were in the spirit of the popular trend of Polish Hasidism. He engaged in public affairs and worked on behalf of the poor of his town. His striking personality, his enthusiastic way of praying, and his witty sayings attracted to him many disciples. R. Abraham Issachar was an erudite scholar and Kabbalist, his court overflowed with Hasidim seeking his blessings and guidance. |
