Description		    Decree in a dispute over the appointment of a new administration in the Yeshiva Torat Hayyim. Included in this lot is a small, unrecorded, broadside published in association with the dispute. The decree is signed by the Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem, R. Zvi Pesah Frank; R. Elijah Romm and R. Jehiel Michel Hurowitz prominent rabbis and members of the Bet Din, followed by a three line subscript in the hand of R. Abraham Isaac ha-Kohen Kook, Chief Rabbi of Erez Israel, with his signature.
