Joseph Jacob Benvenesti (18th cent.), rabbinical scholar and kabbalist in Marrakesh; R. Saul Jeshuah Botbol - Shesha (c. 1739-1809), Rabbi in Sefrou, author of several scholarly works including responsa Avnei Sheish (Jerusalem 1930-34); R. Judah Israel Jacob Oleal (c. 1753-1840), Judge in Sefrou; R. Judah b. Moses Albaz (18th cent.), rabbinical scholar in Sefrou, some of his responsa is printed in his son's work Hai Amram (Meknes 1949); R. Jacob b.
