Description |

Liturgies and customs of Poznan (Posen) a city in historical Great Poland; it was in Prussia 1793–1807 and 1815–1919; now in Poznan province, W. Poland. One of the most ancient and leading Jewish communities of Poland-Lithuania. Poznan became the Jewish center of Great Poland. Its rabbis were among the most prominent authorities of the generation and were recognized throughout the country as the "sages of Poznan" - they were renowned. |

"דברים חדשים" הנזכרים בשער הם הדברים שכבר נדפסו בהוצאת דיהרנפורט תקנ"ו, שהמו"ל מעלים את קיומה ומזכיר רק את ההוצאה הראשונה. |
