Moses Zevi Minzberg (1872-1962) was born in Turobin, a village near Lublin, and emigrated to Erez Israel with his parents in 1878. An erudite scholar he published several works including Heter Agunah (Jerusalem 1944) on the issue of abandoned wives during the Holocaust. |
