Paragraph 2    כפי אשר נדפסו [בקארלסרוא תק"ל]... נתאמץ... כה' ליב ב"ב [בוכבינדר] שי' משטראסבורג לחזור ולהביאם לבית הדפוס... ואלה מוסיף על... אשר היו... בלי להצטרך... בחיפוש... סליחות... ערב יום כפור במקומו נכונים... סליחות מגאוני עולמים (ר' אליעזר אשכנזי... ר' משה ר' מענדלש ז"ל מקראקא)... בהיות מה"ד [מידת הדין] מתוחה ולחולה ראבליס (חולי בלאטרן) ולמגפה ולרעב וליוקר הימים...

דף צא, ב: "ברוב קהילות וישובים במדינתינו. ממש נתבטל... מנהג עלזוז מאלו התעניתים [בה"ב, י בטבת, תענית-אסתר, יז בתמוז]... דרובא מתפללין כמנהג אשכנז... אך שלא להתבטל המנהג לגמרי... עשינו ציונים למצא כל סליחה". סליחות ר' אליעזר אשכנזי (שנדפסו כאן בהשמטות) וסליחת ר' משה ר' מענדלש, על-פי דפוס פראג תקמ"ד. בהסכמה: וכבר נדפס סדר סליחות... בשנת מבש"ר [תקמ"ב]. הסכמה: ר' ידידי' המכונה טיאה ווייל מפראג, קארלסרוא, כג כסליו תקנ"ח.
