Only edition. [1], 189, [1] pp. octavo 210:130 mm., light age and use staining. A good copy bound in later boards, rubbed.

 

Detailed Description

Bookkeeping manual in two parts by Ezekiel Jacob ben Israel Letabla (b. 1822). There are two title pages, the first with a Hebrew header and German text that states die Einfache und Doppelte Buchfürung (simple and double bookkeeping), the second in Hebrew with the same information. The books sections have tri-lingual title pages, in Hebrew, German, and Cyrillic briefly stating the section names. There is a table of contents, listing the book’s sections, twenty-eight in the first part, sixty-two in the second part. This is a comprehensive textbook on bookkeeping, not only with text but full of examples and assignments for students.
