Detailed Description:   

Commentary to the Pentateuch (Part I of II) by R. Eliezer David Grunwald. R. Grunwald (1866-1928), Rabbi of Satu-Mare. He was born in Sopron, Hungary to his father R. Amram Grunwald, the noted Hungarian Talmudist. R. Eliezer David is the author of Keren le-David in several volumes of responsa, novellae, and homilies. He served in the rabbinical positions of noted communities. In 1920 he was elected Rabbi of Satu-Mare and served until his passing.
