Only edition of this work on the subject of oaths by R. Isaac Nataf, U-Shebu’ato le-Yitẓḥaḳ is a detailed and comprehensive work on twenty different sorts of oaths and their obligations upon man.

 

R. Isaac Nataf (d. c. 1821-25) was highly regarded as a gaon and served as dayyan in Tunis.
