Only edition of commentary. 72 ff., quarto, 235:185 mm., wide margins, light age, food and wine staining. A good copy bound in contemporary boards, split.

 

Detailed Description:   

Haggadah with the commentary of R. Joseph b. Samuel Akiva Klein (c. 1810-1897). R. Klein was born in Bekescsaba and studied at the Shevet Sofer, was ordained by R. Aaron Samuel Asad, and served as av bet din of Dunaszerdahely. He passed on in Dunajska Streda.

על הגדה של פסח ושיר השירים [שניהם עם הפנים] מאת ... ר' יוסף קליין המכונה בשם ר' יוסף טשאבע זצוק"ל, שהי' ראש בית דין בק"ק סערדאהעלי ... הובא לבית הדפוס ע"י תלמידו יודא שטער ... בראש הספר הקדמה מאת המביא לבית הדפוס, עם תולדות המחבר. דף נז, א: הפיוט " אללמעכסיגער גאט נון בוי ציון [!]טעמפל שירה". באשכנזית-יהודית. הסכמה: ר' עקיבא סופר, פרעסבורג, ג וירא תרצ"ג
