Detail Description

R. David b. Judah Loeb Golomb (1861-1935) talmudic-rabbinic scholar. He was born in Indura, lived in Germany (1922), and Britian in 1931. He published extensive studies on the relationship of the Targumim to the Mesorah and their influence on talmudic-rabbinic literature.
