Detail Description
Haggadah with commentary by R. Samuel Avigdor Tosfuah (Rabbinowitz; 1806-1866) rabbi of Karlin, Stolin and other communities. A child prodigy he was ordained at age 15. His first work, Ohel Eidut was written by age 17. He wrote several works including a commentary to Tosefta called Tosfuah, after which he is known. For the last 21 years of his life he served as rabbi of Karlin.
